Request Data Deletion

At Invoice Pro, we value your privacy and your right to control your personal data. If you wish to request the deletion of your account and associated personal information, please follow the instructions below.

How to Request Deletion

To ensure the security of your request, we require you to verify your identity before we can proceed with the deletion of your data. You can initiate a deletion request via email:

  1. Open your email client.
  2. Compose a new email to tsiresymila@gmail.com.
  3. Use the subject line: Data Deletion Request - [Your Account Email].
  4. In the body of the email, please clearly state that you wish to delete your Invoice Pro account and all associated data.
  5. Please send this email from the email address associated with your Invoice Pro account to verify ownership.

What Data Will Be Deleted?

Once your request is processed, the following data will be permanently removed from our systems:

Retention Period

We will process your deletion request within 30 days of receipt. Please note that we may retain certain information for legitimate business purposes or as required by law (e.g., for tax or legal accounting audits), but such data will no longer be used for any other purpose.
